Before becoming a Realtor®, Amber built an extensive 23-year career in the mortgage industry, giving her a unique advantage in understanding the financial side of real estate transactions. She has held multiple roles including Mortgage Loan Officer, Wholesale Account Executive, and Mortgage Underwriter, and spent 8 years underwriting VA, FHA, and conforming loans. Her deep knowledge of mortgage financing allows her to help clients confidently navigate loan approvals and the complexities of real estate transactions.

Amber is especially experienced in working with military homebuyers. During her time as a loan officer at Wells Fargo, she became known as the “VA Queen” for her expertise in helping service members purchase their first homes. She was widely recognized within the Imperial Beach and San Diego military community as a trusted VA mortgage specialist.

Today, Amber combines her mortgage expertise with her passion for real estate to help clients make informed decisions, whether buying their first home, upgrading, downsizing, or investing. Her goal is to make every transaction smooth, strategic, and successful.

Beyond real estate, Amber is also a passionate autism advocate within the neurodivergent community. She actively supports families and works to help guide parents navigating the journey of autism. She proudly participate in the annual Autism Walk in San Diego, helping raise funds and awareness to support families in the autism community.

When she’s not working with clients, Amber is a proud mom to her 17-year-old son, a standout athlete who competes in boxing, high school track, soccer and football.
